Registration deadline is May 1, 2017.
The inclusive registration fee covers the seminar registration, four nights’ accommodation, all meals, all gratuities, all taxes, and all seminar materials. Additional costs to participants will be travel to and from Banff and personal spending money.
Accommodation is normally a shared room (2 participants to a room); a limited number of single rooms are available at additional cost, on a first-come, first-served basis. The fee for 2016 with a shared room is $1,495.00 CDN per person and the fee with single room accommodation is $1,995.00 CDN.
Payment of the total fee guarantees your spot. If your application is received after the maximum number of registrations has been reached, it will be returned with your fees. If you are accepted, you will receive a full package of instructions to assist you in your planning.
If you cancel your plans by April 24, 2017, your tuition will be refunded, except for a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel after April 24, 2017, a refund will not be issued unless we can fill your spot.
